I bring in my 2017 Subaru Forester Touring for all her (yes, she's a her lol) maintenance needs to the service department. Great service. Great people. Clean shop. Average wait times? I am unaware of the "average" wait times. Best Subaru dealership my car has been to. They do not overcharge or take advantage of my lack of knowledge regarding car maintenance as a single woman. Brought my car in for service totaling over $1,000, and have brought my car in for an issue for $0 (simple fix, battery terminal). Each time I was treated the same. I will be buying my next Subaru from this dealership if my credit union allows it.
