Purchasing a car is NO EASY TASK- especially as a first time buyer like myself on top of having to make the huge decision alone. 😩 I have been looking at cars for years— when suddenly I was forced by Felicia (my old car) 🚙 to take the leap sooner than I would have liked. & what do you know!! CHRIS at Yark was there to catch me! Aside from being so welcoming: Chris also made me feel heard, comfortable, and made this transition smooth. Chris was very knowledgeable- explaining everything in depth ( sometimes twice), showed extreme patience with all of my questions and concerns( trust there were many), and went above and beyond with his customer service (even now a month after the purchase). Chris is still there to answer questions & has checked in just to see how things are going. It was the friendly demeanor for me! It was the amazing customer service for me! Not to mention it was the finding the PERFECT car for me! Chris definitely broke the customer service scale! Best first time car buying experience I could have asked for by far. My X3 had a problem with the battery and was in running very rough. Their normal schedule was two weeks, but I could drop off and they would work it in if they had an opening. The technician was able to repair it. Send me a video of the problems and then repairs are made in a very timely fashion. The Repairs were made in time for my daughter who was returning from Denver to use the vehicle. Thanks for the great service.
